This month please meet Arnell Byrd and Maryn, Sydney, and Jon K., one of our most inspiring families!

Name: Arnell Byrd

• Who is your favorite musician?
  Sting!

• What is your favorite song?
  ”Message in a Bottle” by the Police.

• How often/what inspires you to practice?
  I love to practice and do it everyday, for at least an hour and sometimes up to 4-5 hours!

  AJR mostly!

• What do you like most about playing music?
  Creating the notes with my hands.

  I practice every day.

• What else do you like to do in your free time?
  Play with animals outside!

  I like the creative process most about playing music. Composition, mainly, and creating my own songs.

  I practice every day :)

  In my free time I like to play Minecraft, Roblox, and chill.

  A mix of punk, blues, and hip hop.

  The connection between hands, ears and emotion.

  Daily, and I am inspired by the feeling of creating a coherent melody out of, occasionally, thin air and imagination.

  Barbecue, destroy things with my tractor, and help co-manage the family.
