April 2021 Newsletter
Dear CCAA Community,
Spring has sprung and it’s full of new beginnings! We are so excited for our next chapter in our new location at 7013 Brookville Rd (Unit A), Chevy Chase, MD 20815. Thank you to everyone who has joined us thus far at our new studio, and we look forward to welcoming you all soon!
As our community grows, we want to remind you of a few systems in place that help our school run smoothly to provide an optimal experience for both students and staff:
Musical Ladder System® - The Musical Ladder System® is an engagement tool to help keep our students inspired in their practice and lessons. Students are tested every three months and receive an achievement award for each new level. There is also a portal where you can exchange messages and files with our instructors and office (e.g. audio files, sheet music, etc). We have asked our instructors to send non-scheduling related messages directly to students and their families through the MLS portal, so please make sure you have access to your MLS account! You should have already received a welcome email but if not, please reach out to our office at info@chevychaseartsacademy.com and we can assist you.
As a reminder, if you need to cancel and make-up a lesson, please fill out the form found here. We request at least 24 hours advance notice of a cancellation as a courtesy to our instructors. The make-up lesson schedule can be found here. All make-up lessons are currently being held online due to the group format.
We are still offering a referral bonus for our existing students who refer new students to us! You will receive one free lesson for each new student referred. Help us spread the word about CCAA and share the love of music education with loved ones!
Save the date - Our Spring Recital will be held on Sunday, June 13th. Stay tuned for more details!
