VIDEO Make Up Lesson Sign Up Form

Whenever a student misses a lesson, the student can request a video make-up lesson.

To help our instructors plan their schedules, we appreciate advance notice for any cancellations.

Your teacher will use your lesson time to create this video, so please make sure to submit all of your requests before the beginning of your lesson time.

Video make-ups are a great way to continue your growth even when you're unable to make it to your designated lesson time. Your teacher will create video lessons that you can use on your own schedule. If the student is taking 30-minute lessons, they will get a 10–15 minute video make-up. For 45-minute lessons, they will get a 15–20 minute video make-up. For 1-hour lessons, they will get a 25–30 minute video make-up, because part of the lesson time is normally spent practicing with the teacher, and in a video lesson students will pause the video to practice on their own.
